Can I track my order?
Once your order is sent, you will be notified with an email containing your tracking number. *For US orders, no tracking number will be provided when Canada Post Small Packet USA Air is the chosen method of shipping. No insurance coverage is offered with this method.
Can I Cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled up until it's shipped. Orders with special order items, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items that are shipped directly from our vendor locations, cannot be canceled.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
